Agilent Vaya Raman
Agilent Vaya je prenosni Raman spektrometer za verifikacijo farmacevtskih surovin brez odpiranja primarne embalaže. Od vseh podobnih instrumentov se razlikuje v edinstveni lastnosti: možnosti meritve skozi neprozorno embalažo – papir, obarvano folijo, belo in barvano plastično embalažo. Ta lastnost nam v veliko primerih omogoča verifikacijo identitete materiala brez odpiranja embalaže, kar bistveno poenostavi vhodno kontrolo surovin. Meritve omogoča tehnologija SORS, pri čemer instrument samodejno izvede meritev v dveh prostorsko ločenih točkah – enkrat s poravnano, drugič z zamaknjeno točko laserja in detektorja. S primerjavo in obdelavo obeh spektrov sistem generira Raman spekter vsebine in potrdi ali ovrže identiteto materiala.
